Our Story

About SeaSalt Cares

Transforming lives through opportunity, mentorship, and hospitality.

Who We Are

Our Story

SeaSalt Cares was founded on the belief that employment can change lives—but true transformation happens when people are given support, guidance, and a community that believes in them.

What started as a passion for serving others through food has grown into a mission-driven organization focused on helping individuals facing employment barriers build sustainable careers in the culinary and hospitality industries. Through hands-on training, mentorship, workforce development, and wraparound support, we empower participants with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

At SeaSalt Cares, we know that job training alone is not enough. That's why we focus on the whole person—providing access to professional development, financial literacy resources, wellness support, and community connections that create long-term success.

Our programs are designed to support individuals from all walks of life, including those overcoming hardship, navigating re-entry, seeking a second chance, or simply looking for a pathway toward stability and growth.

For us, food is more than a meal—it's a way to build community, create opportunity, and transform lives.
